Postcards From The Road - Ellensburg and Seattle

Easter Sunday was spent with Rick's family, and my kids, in Ellensburg, WA. The festivities included lots of food, lots of people, hula hooping, little kids,  and the traditional Easter Beer Hunt, for the big kids.

Later in the afternoon, a short and gorgeous drive through the Cascades took us to Seattle, where we'll be staying with Rick's brother charlie, and his wife Mary. They have generously offered their sweet little basement apartment, with lots of windows and light. Cooking School starts today! I'm excited, and a little nervous. Mostly excited!

When we rolled into town it was 70 degrees, and everything was beginning to bloom. Seattle at her show-offy best. Thanks for the nice welcome, Seattle. It's good to see you again!

Wish You Were Here!
